A 3-night women's transformational retreat · Wye Valley, Wales

Bloom & Rise Revitalised

An invitation for you to step into your full power as you release layers of old wilted petals that are no longer yours.

21 – 24 May 2027 · Hill Farm, Tintern

For the woman who is ready

This is for the woman who has been carrying everyone else's weather. Who has spent so long tending to others that her own inner-voice has grown quiet beneath the noise. Three nights in the Wye Valley, held by ancient woodland and the sound of the river, are yours to lay down what was never yours and to listen for what has always been true.

You do not need to arrive already knowing. You only need to arrive willing to be still long enough to hear yourself.

Wales Retreat 2027

The Invitation

Learn to connect with and listen to the inner-voice. Learn how to differentiate the thinking mind from intuition, and how to strengthen the intuitive muscle.

How often do you have an idea or a sudden thought to do/create something — but then the mind with its self-doubt tells you all the reasons why it's not a good idea? How often do you go against your gut? What would your life look like if you took action on your intuition instead of holding back through fear?

To connect to the inner-voice we must first drown out the noise of the mind. This means disconnecting from the distractions and harnessing your energy inwards. Narrow your focus to the eye of the needle + open your ears to hear the pin drop. Deepen your understanding of yourself. Uncover limitations that were perhaps not previously seen, let them go as you come to see + feel the sacredness of your existence.

This retreat is an experience in which you will begin to witness greater depths within yourself, as you come to truly know that your existence is not just a chance encounter — it is the fabric of what underlies all of creation.

The earth is made for you — air, water, sun/fire + earth not only sustain you, they allow you to co-create in the unfolding of life. You are greater than your roles and identities. Come to experience the magic + depths of yourself in the Wye Valley of Wales.

Once we connect to our true essence, there really is no going back. Much can be spoken, written, and recorded on it — but to experience the true beauty and magic of yourself is a very different level of knowing and understanding. Taking part in this retreat will allow for you to know spirituality as something so real that you feel it moving through every cell within your being.

What you will leave with

A little more of yourself.

01

Communicate openly

Find the words for what is true, without leaving yourself behind in the telling.

02

Express your feelings with ease

Let your feelings move through you with more space, honesty and self-trust.

03

Connect deeply to your intuition

Strengthen the quiet inner knowing that has been there all along.

04

Move your body freely

Meet movement as a source of feeling, expression and aliveness rather than achievement.

05

Live with curiosity and openness

Make room for wonder, possibility and the life that wants to meet you.

06

Release what was never yours

Lay down old fear, roles and expectations so you can return to your true essence.

Your Days

The rhythm of four days.

Enough structure to hold you. Enough space for the unexpected.

Day 1

Arriving and opening

Friday 21 May

Opening cacao and blue lotus intention ritual

A gentle first gathering to arrive in your body, soften the noise around you and name what you are ready to meet.

Yoga for grounding and deep inner connection

A steady practice to help you feel held by the earth beneath you and begin listening beneath the thinking mind.

Pranayama breathing practice

Breath becomes a bridge back to yourself, calming the nervous system so the inner-voice has room to be heard.

Air element ritual

An invitation to work with the quality of air: spaciousness, movement and the courage to let something new in.

Day 2

Deepening and releasing

Saturday 22 May

Kundalini yoga and chakra chanting

Movement, rhythm and sound help you feel energy moving through you, opening places that have grown quiet or guarded.

Self-exploration workshop

A spacious enquiry into the stories and identities you have inherited, and what becomes possible when you see them clearly.

Yoga nidra and sound

A deeply restful practice that lets the body settle while voice and instruments guide you towards a more receptive inner state.

Fire release ritual

Around the fire, you will be invited to offer up what you are ready to stop carrying and let the flames transform it.

Day 3

Strength and flow

Sunday 23 May

Early morning walk

Begin the day with the land, allowing the quiet of the woodland and the changing light to bring you into the present.

Water element ritual

A soft practice in surrender and flow, helping you feel where life is asking you to trust rather than hold on.

Yoga for inner strength workshop

Explore a steadier kind of strength: the confidence to take up space, speak your truth and move from your own centre.

Use of ecospa — sauna and hot tub

Time to be warmed, restored and cared for, letting the body receive the same attention you so often give to others.

Day 4

Grounding and closing

Monday 24 May

Yin yoga and sound

A quiet, unhurried practice to integrate what has shifted and let your body show you what it knows.

Earth element ritual

Return to steadiness through touch, weight and connection, anchoring the insights you are taking home with you.

Move and flow workshop

A freer exploration of expression, where movement can become a language of joy, permission and truth.

Closing ceremony

A simple, held ending to honour the woman who arrived, the woman you are now and the way forward from here.

The itinerary may be altered slightly.

Included in your stay

All of your meals are included and freshly prepared on site — nourishing, nutritious food that steadies the body for the work these days ask of you, served in good company. Tea and coffee are there for you whenever you want them, without limit.

The Place

The Wye Valley.

Hill Farm sits in the green fold of the valley at Tintern, where the river runs slow and the trees have been here longer than any of us. Ancient woodland, deep ferns, a meadow that opens in the mornings — this is the land that holds the retreat.

You will practise out on the land, beneath the trees, or in the woodland studio when the weather asks for it — always with the doors open to the valley. Evenings gather around the fire circle, ringed with mossy stones, where what needs to be let go of is given to the flames.

  • Ecospa — sauna and hot tub among the trees
  • Yoga, breath and workshops on the land beneath the trees, or in the woodland studio
  • Fireside evenings in the fire circle
  • Ancient woodland, ferns and open meadow to walk
  • Freshly prepared, nourishing meals and unlimited teas and coffees

Your Guide

Jaqui Rungay.

“My yoga classes and retreats (both in-person and online) are focused around finding peace from the inside-out, as we learn how to calm and regulate the nervous system and return to our inner sanctuary of ease and contentment while navigating the ebbs and flows of life.”
“Come and experience your true nature with me. Whether in a yoga class, at a retreat or workshop — all of my events are focused on allowing you to feel safe.”

Jaqui guides yoga, deep guided meditation and intuitive sound healing through her voice and instruments. Her work is rooted in somatic awareness and nervous-system regulation — we practise yoga for how it feels in the body, never for how it looks.

Before you book

The things women ask me first.

Can I come on my own?
Yes, and most women do. You will not be the only one arriving alone and the circle is held so strangers become company quickly. Nothing needed but yourself. Private sleeping options if you want your own space, shared if you'd like company.
How does payment work, and can I spread the cost?
A 25% deposit is due upfront to hold your place, with the balance payable before the retreat begins. If paying in full isn't workable right now, instalment plans can be arranged — just get in touch and we will find a way that suits you. The prices are earlybird prices, held until 30 November, so booking early is the kindest to your purse.
What is included in the price?
Accommodation for three nights, every yoga practice, workshop and ritual across the four days, all meals freshly prepared on site and nourishing, unlimited teas and coffees, time in the ecospa, walking the land and the fireside evenings.
I've never done yoga — will I keep up?
You will. Yoga here is practised for how it feels in the body, never for how it looks. Every practice is offered with options and nothing is compulsory — you are always free to rest, soften or simply breathe and watch. If you can breathe, you can do this. Experienced practitioners are met exactly where they are too — this is not about achievement, it is about coming home to yourself.
Do I have to share in the circle?
No. It is a sacred, intimate gathering where all truths are welcome, but how much you speak is entirely yours to decide and you will never be put on the spot. For many women the deepest work happens in the listening.
